The Yoga Bones Studio is a very warm and friendly space. When you arrive find a space on the floor to place your mat, and grab a bolster, a block and a blanket from the store room and then lie down and relax till the class commences. It is always best to get there around 10 minutes early so we are all settled and ready to begin on time.

Our experienced teachers are trained to the highest standards and regularly attend further training, workshops and retreats to stay on top of their game. They also compliment their yoga teaching with various other therapies and healing modalities which will enrich your yoga experience. All our teachers are available for friendly advice and welcome any questions or feedback relating to their classes.

At Yoga Bones, we like to cater for everyone so you will find an extensive variety of membership options and packages varying from casual passes, weekly direct debits, and full year memberships. We even have half price options for (card carrying) students. There literally is something for everyone at Yoga Bones.

All of our teachers are trained to take absolute beginners right through to advanced and experienced yogis in each class. You will be taken care of and if you have any specific concerns prior to a class then be sure to contact us before the class to establish whether it is suitable for you. Please make sure you let your teacher know of any health issues or relevant injuries at the start of the class.
it is a misconception that a naturally flexible body is required to practice yoga. Practicing yoga will in most cases increase your flexibility not only in your physical body but will allow a more flexible you in mind body and spirit. So NO! you do not need to be able to touch your toes!!!
Yes of course. Yoga is complimentary to any other form of exercise or movement therapy. always talk to your teacher if you are concerned or have any questions.
Generally we do not hold memberships but if you are on an unlimited package which is a three, six, or twelve month package and are planning an extensive vacation please contact us to see what can be done.
In the case of limited mobility or injuries generally the more yin based classes are recommended. These include pure yin, yin yang balance, and deep release.
No, there is no need to book a class. We suggest arriving at least ten minutes before a class to find a spot and get settled.
