Immerse and nourish yourself with 3hrs of devine bliss ..
We will begin with an hour of silence, in which you will be guided through meditation and mantra.
After this we will remain silent intermittently allowing music and sound to be our guide as we move through both yin and restorative postures to nurture the body.
Finishing with some nourishing treats and company.
In this time you are welcome to stay silent
or
share quietly with others.
