Yin and Restorative Yoga 
Relaxing and Surrendering can reduce our stress hormones, improve the function of our immune system, reduce muscle tension, help with insomnia.
As we begin to focus on the breath and let go mentally we create the ability to move from our stressed state into the rest and restorative state, creating access to the Vegas Nerve, supporting us to strengthen our connection to the parasympathetic nervous system – deeply promoting relaxation. 
 
Sound Healing 
Synchronizing brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies.
Over the years, sound healing has also been used to treat a number of conditions including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism, and dementia.
