This 2 hour immersion will aid the mind to transcend this physical plane & find peace through sound, vibration & silence to hear the sound within (Nāda).

Feelings of relaxation & meditation come easily with this form of Yoga that incorporates mantra, sound, pranayama (extension of life force – breath) & mindfulness.
Mantras are transcendental sound vibrations that help to clear & balance the energy centres & systems of the body.
Use of instruments, voice, sound bowls & various breathing techniques will aid participants to delve deeper to practice deep internal listening.

Tina draws on her experience as a yoga teacher, vocalist & sound healing guide to help the body & mind to shift from the beta state (alert) to an alpha state (relaxed) or even a theta (meditative) & delta state – which is similar to a deep sleep where restoration occurs.
