Energy (Prana) and Consciousness (Chitta) in Posture, movement and meditation.

In this workshop, physiotherapist and advanced yoga practitioner, Simon Borg-Olivier, will help you generate and move prana in different ways through your body. He will also help you to use your mind, your breath and your muscles of breathing in various ways, and will get you to experience their many different effects, in static postures and dynamic movement activities. The practice will include interactive theoretical components, where a variety of different practices are shown and attempted, followed by several smooth flow visually instructed stationary and dynamic sequences. Simon will also teach a unique sequence for improved pelvic floor function, and a very special breath-control sequence for the immune system that includes elements of yoga kriyas such as basti, kapalabhati and nauli.
